My stay at Boutique Apart Upe was truly good. The stylish decor and amazing views of Tbilisi made it feel like a special retreat. The only downside was the steep hill leading up to the apartment, which might be challenging for some. Overall, I found it to be a great value in a prime location near attractions and restaurants.
